Haley Carr

Haley is the proud owner of Guinot Gosforth.
She has been working within the industry since 1994 and has built up a wealth of knowledge and passion for skin treatments and products.
Haley is also the owner of Body Beautiful Clinic salon which has been established since 1996, celebrating 25 years in business.
She loves her job because it allows her to make every person feel good about themselves.
Haley enjoys meeting new people every day, everyone has a different beauty requirement which she helps them to accomplish.
Haley’s favourite treatment is the Hydradermie lift - a workout for your skin, to lift and firm facial muscles. Instant results after one treatment.
Haley’s favourite product is Serum Age Immune. This is an advanced product and is like silk on the skin. It really does create a plumper, heavenly hydrated, more youthful appearance.
The experience clients get visiting us at Guinot Gosforth is a journey they will not forget.

Emma

Emma brings with her over two decades of salon experience. Emma is a warm, friendly person who provides her clients with a high level of customer care with the aim to create a relaxing environment and wonderful experience for all. Emma loves the variety that her job brings and has a passion for skincare.
Her favourite treatment is the Age Summum Facial the ultimate anti-aging hands on treatment uses vitamin c, hyaluronic acid and pro collagen to leave the skin youthful, firm and radiant.
Emma’s hero product is Masque Antirides, after just 10 minutes her skin is smoother, hydrated and radiant. It is a real boost to the skin if the skin is looking dull and tired. Her top tip is to apply a thin layer and leave it on overnight resulting a fresh bright complexion.

Sophie

Hello my name is Sophie and I am the Guinot apprentice. I started my journey to become a beauty therapist in the September of 2021 and am loving every aspect that the apprenticeship entails.

So far I have completed my practical massage and part of my facial training and in the coming weeks I will be learning how to do manicures and pedicures. What I love about Guinot is that it not only is an alternative to cosmetics but is also a brand which can be tailored to suit any skin type.

My favourite Guinot treatment has to be the Mirific body massage. This is because it is so relaxing and leaves my skin nourished and hydrated. Within my skincare regime I use the Hydra Fraicheur cleanser and toner, and this is by far my most liked skin product duo. The cleanser leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, then the toner leaves my skin looking and feeling refreshed.

By taking the apprenticeship route I have been able to pick up different skills from the amazing and talented therapists around me, not only have they shown me how to be the best beauty therapist  I can be, but they have supported me continuously and so I can’t thank them enough. I am looking forward to the next chapter in my apprenticeship and having Haley, Frankie and Emma there to guide me along the way.
